We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Therapist to join our team at the Mental Health Association - Western MA. As a Bi-lingual Clinician, you will work in a community behavioral health setting, providing services to individuals, couples and/or families experiencing a mental health and/or substance use need.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to the mission of our organization. Our ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a behavioral health field, independent license or be license eligible, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive assessment, ongoing counseling for mental health, substance use and co-occurring presentations, case management and collaboration, referrals to community support services and psychoeducation, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  2. Work collaboratively with teams/programs to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
  3. Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies and community partners as needed.
  4. Pursue activities to enhance personal professional growth through attending conferences, classes, addressing groups and representing the agency.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a behavioral health field.
  • Independent license or be license eligible.

  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
