Job Title: Automotive Technician

At BMW of Ridgefield, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As a Luxury Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining luxury vehicles, focusing on precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on luxury vehicles with a focus on Genesis models.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and identify mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Execute high-quality repairs while adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide superior customer service and effectively communicate vehicle issues and solutions to the service advisor team.
  • Keep detailed records of repairs and service work performed.
  • Stay current with technical training and certifications as required by Genesis and other luxury brands.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with luxury or high-end brands.
  • ASE certification (preferred) or willingness to achieve certification within the first year.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
