Position Overview

The Retail Sales Associate oversees the retail sections of the establishment by executing the following responsibilities:

  • Welcomes customers warmly, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
  • Delivers attentive and thorough service across all retail sectors.
  • Assists customers with their purchases and processes transactions, addressing any inquiries or issues.
  • Ensures that merchandise is displayed appropriately and meets quality standards.
  • Keeps all retail spaces clean and organized.
  • Regularly checks that restrooms and fitting rooms are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Arranges seating in the lobby area as necessary.
  • Collaborates effectively with fellow team members and supervisors.

Essential Characteristics, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic, approachable, organized, and reliable.
  • Previous retail experience with strong customer service capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills to foster relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while upholding professionalism.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
