Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Bangor, Maine.
About the Position
- This 13-week contract position offers a competitive estimated weekly payment of $2,120-$2,282*, with tax-free stipends for meals, housing, and incidentals.
- You will work as an independent contractor, providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Our home health contracts require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited PT program.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Maine.
- CPR Certification or ability to obtain.
- Previous experience with Computer Charting.
- 6 months of prior Home Health Care experience.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.
