Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them regain their mobility and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' mobility, strength, and function
  • Develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and provide patient education
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

To excel in this role, you'll need a degree in a relevant field, current state/compact license, and at least 1 year of recent experience in a home health setting. BLS certification and a strong passion for patient care are also essential.
