As a Senior Manager, Business Analysis Lead, you will act as a product owner, conduct business analysis, and work closely with Financial Crimes Compliance, Fidelity business units, and the Corporate Technology Group to ensure a solid understanding of Financial Crimes Compliance current and future technology needs. You will manage and maintain a prioritized backlog of deliverables, develop and test technical solutions, and participate in building effective business partner relationships.

  • Assisting in defining and executing Financial Crimes Compliance technology strategy roadmap
  • Collaborating with stakeholders during visioning and concept development of a product
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, Corporate Technology Product Management, and Financial Crimes Compliance business functions to create and maintain a product backlog
  • Leading product release plans and setting expectations for delivery of new functionalities
  • Solving application-related problems, making decisions, and completing trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
  • Acting as an ambassador for the product and primary contact for communicating changes related to the product to all stakeholders
  • Assessing value, developing cases, and prioritizing stories, epics, and themes to ensure work is aligned with technology strategy and results in maximum value
  • Working with end-users to define testing environment and acceptance criteria
  • Defining, creating, and executing test plans and cases
  • Drafting key objectives and results, strategies, and analyzing product data to make business decisions
