Salary and BenefitsThe estimated hourly wage for this position is $22.10-$24.40, with shift differentials applying.
We offer a generous benefits package, including paid time off, 401K plan, and full benefits for employees working over 30 hours per week.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning.
They will also be required to report pertinent information and changes in residents' conditions promptly to the charge nurse.
Other duties include obtaining vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately, presenting each resident with a clean and neat appearance, and respecting and following Fairmount's core values and mission statement.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, applicants must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
They should also have a sincere desire to work with older adults and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of others.
