Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
  • No educational qualifications such as a high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service
  • One year of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of buildings and facilities
  • Adhere to procedures for using chemical cleaners and equipment to prevent damage to surfaces
  • Inform management about the need for repairs or enhancements to building systems
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory bodies
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machinery, and equipment
  • Move furniture and equipment to access cleaning areas, either manually or using hand trucks
  • Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
  • Wash and replace window coverings
  • Collect and dispose of trash
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking, mowing, and snow removal
  • Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, and equipment in dining areas
  • Service, clean, and restock restrooms
This position is ideal for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.
