Job Summary:

As a valued member of the SVS Vision team, the Optician will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve their optimal vision. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their eyewear needs are met with precision and care.
  • Interpret eye examination results, utilizing prescriptions written by doctors to dispense eyewear that meets each customer's specific requirements.
  • Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that suit their style and preferences.
  • Offer expert advice on contact lenses, including instructions and guidance on proper use.
  • Adjust and repair eyewear to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Communicate effectively with doctors regarding patient recommendations and treatment plans.
  • Travel between stores as needed to support the growth and success of the company.
  • Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Answer phone calls to assist patients and provide support.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances with ease and poise.
