About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Analyst to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing consultation using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to design, implement, and maintain effective behavior support plans.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Regularly review and maintain data collection towards behavior plan goals to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain behavior support plans that promote positive behavior change.
  • Provide training and support to direct service professionals, home administrators, and other professionals as needed to ensure seamless implementation of behavior support plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior support plans.
  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
  • BCBA certification is required.
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification is preferred or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of hire.

Work Environment

This role will require working in a fast-paced environment with multiple inputs from various stakeholders. The ability to problem-solve independently and communicate effectively with others is essential. Reliable transportation is also required for in-home visitations.
