Key Responsibilities:


As a behavioral support technician, you will work directly with children with special needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) in our ABA clinic and in various other environments where the client and their family will benefit the most.

Behavioral support technicians will implement DV Therapy Inc's tailored ABA strategies/techniques to enhance skill development (e.g., social communication, socialization, etc.) and reduce challenging behaviors.

Behavioral support technicians will receive high-quality training, emphasizing hands-on learning.

Training and support will be provided throughout your tenure at DV Therapy Inc, consistently exposing staff to the most innovative approaches to best support our clients.

Behavioral support technicians will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and will receive ongoing training and feedback throughout their time with us.

Behavioral support technicians will also document data in various formats to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and facilitate the design of the most effective interventions by the BCBA, following DV Therapy Inc's guiding principles.

Additional administrative tasks may be assigned as necessary (e.g., creating materials for clients)

Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
Must pass a background check
Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license required
TB test required
Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a B.A. or B.S. program preferred
Experience in ABA preferred
Experience with children or a strong desire to learn more
RBT certification is a plus

Compensation:
$22.00 per hour
