Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible In-Home Caregiver to provide one-on-one care to adults in their home environment. As a Caregiver, you will assist individuals with daily living skills, transportation, and support out in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living skills, including meal preparation and medication administration
  • Provide guidance on developmental goals, such as community participation, household budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and vocational responsibilities
  • Support individuals with living skills, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist individuals to redirect agitated or aggressive behaviors
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Maintaining a professional attitude and appearance at all times
  • Six months of experience in human services preferred
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Successful clearance of background checks
  • A reliable and responsible attitude
  • A compassionate approach and a commitment to quality in everything you do
