Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and supported.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Merchandise product displays to create visual interest and promote sales.
- Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and add-on additional merchandise, enhancing the guest's experience.
- Patrol the store to prevent theft, safety, inventory, and operational concerns, communicating them to the appropriate individuals.
- Maintain schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
- Complete assigned duties and tasks, following company policies and procedures.
- Ensure and use safe practices at all times.
Requirements:
- Prefer 2 years of retail customer service experience.
- Computer literacy, with the ability to operate in a PC environment.
- Must meet licensing requirements where applicable.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires bending, stooping, reaching, standing, lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive tasks. Sales Associates must be able to lift and handle objects weighing 50lbs or more in a safe manner, as well as stand for up to 100% of their shift.
