- Assist with planting tasks as needed, ensuring proper plant placement and care.
- Collaborate effectively with team members or independently to complete assignments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Possess at least one year of proven experience in professional lawn care, preferably within high-end residential settings.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Demonstrate physical stamina and the capacity to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
