Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandise Processor to join our team at Goodyear2 Store (Litchfield Rd. & Van Buren). As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in processing donated merchandise, ensuring it is properly priced, ticketed, and prepared for sale in our store locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare donated merchandise for sale, meeting minimum quota and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Participate in cross-training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
