Job Summary

As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in processing donated merchandise, ensuring it is accurately priced and ticketed, and preparing it for sale in our store locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare donated merchandise for sale, including pricing, ticketing, and stocking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices related to merchandise processing and sales.
  • Participate in cross-training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience a plus.
