Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including calibration, cleaning, oiling, greasing, and dusting of equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with machinery and equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.
  • Complete and review maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle and repair complicated industrial electronic and electrical equipment.
  • Replace worn bearings, seals, gears, shafts, pulleys, sprockets, chains, and other moving parts on machines as needed.
  • Report major machine or production problems to the department manager.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or training preferred.
  • Must have bottling line previous experience.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of principles and practices of the organization, planning, dependability, adaptability, and confidentiality.
  • Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills, equipment maintenance, and technical understanding.
  • Basic safety knowledge.
  • Ability to adjust and respond to general maintenance needs in a timely manner as directed by management.
Equipment Experience
  • PLC's, standard and metric tools, drop gauges, micrometers, calipers, electrical testers, hand and power tools.
  • Strong electrical experience with detailed understanding of industrial electrical circuitry, relay controls, motors, servo, motor controllers, variable frequency AC & DC drives, power and combined control systems, and switches of all types.
