Beauty Educator

The Beauty Educator is responsible for developing long-lasting relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and internal teammates. This role requires exceptional product knowledge and the ability to support multiple brands and store locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with retail partners
Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge and sales techniques
Achieve sales goals and objectives
Educate retail Beauty Advisors on product knowledge and sales strategies
Complete in-store surveys and provide feedback
Communicate effectively with the Headkount team
Requirements:
3 years of experience in the beauty industry or retail sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Proficient in using technology, including video calls and smartphone applications
