About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cosmetology Instructor to join our team at Paul Mitchell Schools. As a Cosmetology Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of beauty professionals by providing exceptional education and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Lead interactive and hands-on sessions, providing valuable feedback to help students excel
  • Prepare students for their state board examination and equip them with professional skills to thrive in the industry
  • Create a supportive and inclusive environment that nurtures students' growth and creativity

Requirements:

  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to work one evening per week and two Saturdays per month
