KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Global Compliance Management Services practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining and executing strategies for client targets and proposal opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to transition and execute tax compliance engagements, including the implementation of data and technology strategies.
  • Oversee the management of the practice, including tracking key metrics, opportunity statuses, and necessary internal reporting.
  • Educate internal teams on tax compliance services and identify potential targets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of standard processes, available resources, and supporting technology solutions.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager:

  • Engage in market and business activities outside the firm; assist engagement teams in building and managing client relationships; collaborate with other professionals to identify new market opportunities and expand the tax practice.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of recent experience in tax or accounting with a strong interest in process and technology.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; licensed CPA, EA, JD, or LLM, among others on KPMG's approved credential list; candidates must obtain at least one approved designation within one year of hire if not already possessed.
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and delegation abilities.
  • Able to work in a national/international team environment, remotely with colleagues; capable of working independently with appropriate oversight.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager:

  • A minimum of eight years of recent experience in tax or accounting; experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff and senior team members.
