Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing civil infrastructure for substations, including site work, structural and foundation design, and physical design and equipment layout.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop civil infrastructure for substations, including site work, structural and foundation design, and physical design and equipment layout.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external client personnel to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our designs meet the latest standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong command of the English language with good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without the need for work sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 3.0 Grade Point Average.
  • Ideal coursework includes structural analysis, concrete design, steel design, soil mechanics, foundation design, and surveying.
  • Experience with structural analysis design software.
  • Previous engineering design or drafting work experience, especially if related to civil and/or structural engineering.
  • Engineer In Training certificate (EIT) or passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
