Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated cleaning supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness in residential properties. This role involves traveling to various locations to deliver comprehensive cleaning services. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in residential cleaning and supervisory roles, along with the ability to pass a background check. Reliable transportation is essential for commuting to job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize provided cleaning equipment and solutions effectively to maintain cleanliness in client homes
  • Train and mentor cleaning staff
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Manage customer interactions professionally
  • Coordinate work schedules
  • Monitor and report inventory levels
  • Ensure thorough cleaning of all surfaces in residential or commercial settings
  • Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including floors in kitchens and bathrooms
  • Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard surfaces, and furniture
  • Move furniture as necessary to ensure comprehensive cleaning
  • Transport cleaning supplies and equipment to and from various locations
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Foster a positive work environment through a friendly demeanor and teamwork, including punctuality and adherence to uniform standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for travel between job sites
  • Ability to read and comprehend cleaning instructions
  • Knowledge of various cleaning products and their appropriate uses
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Capacity to lift and carry cleaning equipment weighing up to 20 lbs
  • Able to handle regular exposure to pet hair, dust, mold, and cleaning agents
