Job Title: Cleaning Crew Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Crew Lead to join our team at Crystal Clean Maid Service. As a Cleaning Crew Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes to the highest standards.

Job Summary:

The Cleaning Crew Lead will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners to provide residential cleaning services to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cleaners to provide residential cleaning services to clients
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards
  • Train and supervise cleaners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Manage cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure cleaning standards are met
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a cleaning or janitorial environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
