**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing advanced treatment and comprehensive care to patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas.

**Responsibilities:**

* Partner with a Nursing Assistant to provide patient care and achieve outlined goals and milestones on individual patient care plans
* Receive admissions and/or transfers, and conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments
* Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately, and promote continuous quality improvement
* Instruct and counsel patients/families, and provide timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
* Interpret assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry

**Qualifications:**

* Valid State RN License required
* BLS required at hire
* BSN or enrollment in a BSN program preferred
* Clinical experience preferred
