MainStreet Family Care is seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Collaborating Physician to join our team. As a collaborative healthcare professional, you will work closely with our Nurse Practitioners to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly quality reviews of patient charts based on State Regulations and/or procedures
  • Evaluate, assess, provide proper documentation, and give appropriate intervention
  • Be available to Nurse Practitioners via phone or email
  • Supervise multiple Nurse Practitioners and execute collaborative agreements
  • Provide feedback to Nurse Practitioners for performance and areas for improvement
  • Perform site visits with Nurse Practitioners
Qualifications:
  • Current and active MD or DO license, multiple state licenses a plus
  • Strong clinical background and expertise in treating acute and chronic conditions
  • Active DEA License and valid and unrestricted state license
  • Flexible, patient-centric, self-motivated, energetic, vigilant, and professional
  • Passion for providing excellent patient care and emphasizing wellness and prevention
