MainStreet Family Care is seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Collaborating Physician to join our team. As a collaborative healthcare professional, you will work closely with our Nurse Practitioners to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Conduct monthly quality reviews of patient charts based on State Regulations and/or procedures
- Evaluate, assess, provide proper documentation, and give appropriate intervention
- Be available to Nurse Practitioners via phone or email
- Supervise multiple Nurse Practitioners and execute collaborative agreements
- Provide feedback to Nurse Practitioners for performance and areas for improvement
- Perform site visits with Nurse Practitioners
- Current and active MD or DO license, multiple state licenses a plus
- Strong clinical background and expertise in treating acute and chronic conditions
- Active DEA License and valid and unrestricted state license
- Flexible, patient-centric, self-motivated, energetic, vigilant, and professional
- Passion for providing excellent patient care and emphasizing wellness and prevention
- Malpractice insurance
- UpToDate subscription
- Flexible schedule with 1 in-clinic day every 4 weeks
