Program Manager for Community Revitalization Tax Credit Program

The State of Colorado is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to support the Creative Industries' Community Revitalization Tax Credit program. This is a full-time exempt position with an anticipated duration through December 2032, with the possibility of extension based on available funding.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Colorado Community Revitalization Tax Credit (CRTC) program, assisting in strategy, development, and revision of program guidelines, review cycle timelines.
- Work in collaboration with CCI's Director and OEDIT's Senior Program Manager of Tax Credit Incentives on implementing the program.
- Communicate with applicants and the public to provide program information and support.
- Monitor existing Community Revitalization Grant (CRG) projects, including site visits, reporting, and check-ins with previous grantees.
- Collaborate with CCI's Director and OEDIT's Senior Program Manager of Tax Credit Incentives to report to State Legislature and Economic Development Commission on CRG and CRTC programs.
- Participate in meetings with key partners, including other divisions of OEDIT, Department of Local Affairs, Department of Housing, etc.
- BA/BS degree in public or arts administration, public policy, planning, business, or similar field.
- Related occupational experience will substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
- Program/project management experience.
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in government or program administration with a focus on positive public outcomes.
- Experience with Salesforce as a program application platform.
- Experience with and understanding of tax credit programs.
