T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement result-driven programs to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to discuss cases and share best practices in supporting clients.
  • Conduct assessments and write reports to inform treatment planning.
  • Provide family guidance and supervision to support clients and their families in achieving their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
