Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician/RBT to join our team. As a Behavior Technician/RBT, you will play a critical role in implementing ABA programs and materials, collecting and submitting data, and collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA programs and materials in accordance with treatment plans or written approval from supervisors.
  • Conduct Covid-19 screenings as recommended by the CDC.
  • Collect and submit data using an online data collection system on a company-issued tablet.
  • Attend meetings, orientations, and training sessions as required by insurers, states, and counties.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members in a professional and scientific manner.
  • Follow through with ABA programs and materials as written, and report to supervisors when additional programs or materials are needed.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner, adhering to BACB, TRAC, and affiliated standards.
  • Graph or collect data as requested by supervisors within the specified timeframe.
  • Submit notes, documentation, and attend trainings as required by BACB, TRAC, and affiliated partners.
Qualifications
  • Experience in autism and behavioral health is preferred.
  • Michigan residency is required.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Valid driver's license or state ID is required.
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto registration and insurance is required.
  • Professional and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient computer skills are required.
  • Background check is required.
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience.
