Container Delivery Driver

We are seeking a skilled Container Delivery Driver to join our team at WIN Waste Innovations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a heavy-duty truck and transporting large mobile open top and compactor containers to disposal sites, transfer or recycle facilities, and customer locations.

• Operate a heavy-duty truck in accordance with Company's Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA, and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment and document checks on standard DVIR.
• Report any unsafe situations or service-related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings.
• Work closely with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
• Notify Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Communicate customer requests to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Identify and report all containers in need of repair or replacement.
• Complete and submit customer tickets as required.
• Position and/or return containers on customer properties in a manner that ensures lids and/or doors are properly replaced.
• Follow route assignments as directed and complete end-of-day documentation and the check-out process.

• 1 year of previous experience operating a vehicle.
• Valid driver's license.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.
