Job Summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a skilled Commercial Driver to join our team. As a Commercial Driver, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachment, providing pick-up service of containers filled with waste or recyclable material.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate vehicle in accordance with WIN Waste's Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA, and DOT requirements.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and document checks.
  • Immediately report all unsafe situations or service-related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings.
  • Work closely with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Driver's License A/B (CDL).
  • Hold a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License with an air brake endorsement.
  • Acceptable driving record required.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.
Work Environment:

Required to use motor coordination with arm, hand, finger, and leg dexterity. Required to exert physical effort in handling objects more than 50 pounds frequently. Normal setting for this job is outdoors and/or driving a video/GPS monitored vehicle.
