  • Monitor, track, and report on program performance utilizing management tools.
  • Prepare and deliver program presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure program commitments are fulfilled.
  • Assess customer demand for effective long-term forecasting.
  • Leverage ERP systems for transaction management and analytical purposes.
  • Oversee program management plans to guarantee commitments are achieved.
  • Keep stakeholders informed by communicating project status regularly.
  • Coordinate project timelines and critical paths using project management tools.
  • Resolve conflicts among stakeholders that may affect program success.
  • Lead Integrated Product Teams throughout all phases of the program.
  • Comply with quality standards and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD Inventor, Pro/Engineer, and web-based applications.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
  • Familiarity with Contract Terms and Conditions, Quality Clauses, and Pricing Models.
  • Capability to manage shifting priorities and timelines effectively.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from diverse sources.
  • Experience working with large datasets.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a program manager within the aerospace industry.

Language Skills: Ability to understand basic safety and manufacturing instructions.

Mathematical Skills: Proficient in basic arithmetic.

Reasoning Ability: Capable of applying common sense to follow instructions.

Certificates: Authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Demands: Must be able to perform physical tasks as required.

Work Environment: May be exposed to various occupational hazards.
