Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Darn Tough Vermont Customer Service Team as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a vital part in representing our company and ensuring our customers' needs are met with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Service our Lifetime Guarantee, a fundamental part of our product and brand
- Help customers select the right Darn Tough socks based on their needs
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and systems
- Education equivalent to a High School Diploma
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, politely, and professionally
- Personal computer knowledge with quick and accurate typing skills
- A genuine desire to help customers and ensure their happiness with the DTV experience
- Administrative Office/Call Center environment
- Flexible nature to manage competing and changing priorities
- Sitting or standing at a desk for the duration of shift
