Core Responsibilities

  • Welcome patrons with a friendly demeanor and provide insights into our diverse beverage offerings.
  • Verify guest identification at the bar to ensure compliance with legal drinking age.
  • Process drink orders efficiently; prepare, garnish, and serve beverages according to established recipes while maintaining portion control.
  • Organize and maintain the bar area; manage inventory of all beverages, supplies, and equipment.
  • Secure all beverage items, cash, and valuables at the end of the shift.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with drink preparation techniques.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

Compensation
