Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Chick-fil-A Balk Hill is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall restaurant performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
