- Delegate and manage nursing team resources to optimize patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with current federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory agency requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care.
- Current RN License in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Windows-style applications and various software packages
