As a key member of our emergency department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading nursing teams, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Lead and manage nursing teams to ensure effective patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of hire
- Certification in clinical specialty area
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing
This role requires working in a fast-paced emergency department environment, with exposure to blood, body fluids, and tissue. The incumbent will work with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
