Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing personal care services to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence. You will also be responsible for recognizing and reporting any changes in health and/or behavior of residents, as well as ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
  • Recognize and report any changes in health and/or behavior of residents.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
  • Build personal relationships with residents and their families to ensure that care is based on personal preferences.
  • Participate in monthly training meetings and other ongoing education opportunities to ensure that training requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) or Home Care Aide Certified (HCA).
  • Ability to think quickly and make independent decisions.
  • Subject to frequent interruptions, mental and emotional stress.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
