The RN will be responsible for coordinating with the healthcare team, administering medications, and monitoring residents' conditions. Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining established nursing practice objectives, providing direct patient care, and supervising the day-to-day nursing and caregiving activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The ideal candidate will possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN in this state, and experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
