Physical Demands:

Essential Responsibilities:
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and vendor shipments.
- Stage deliveries and organize inventory.
- Ensure proper storage of products in designated areas.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper dating and rotation.
- Inspect products for quality upon receipt and prior to shipping.
- Obtain necessary signatures on documentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service during pickups.
- Participate in quality assurance processes for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely.
- Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Non-Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist with company initiatives as directed by supervisors.
- Engage in professional development opportunities.
- Share ideas for improving team efficiency and company operations.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Professional Experience:
- 1+ years of general work experience preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with general warehouse operations.
- Understanding of Powered Industrial Trucks for safe product handling.
Scope:
- Work is closely supervised with specific instructions provided.
- Performance is regularly reviewed for accuracy.
- Communication is primarily with direct supervisors and team members.
