**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at Themis Insight LLC. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Maintain IT Systems: Provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, including client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and other related systems.
  • Manage IT System Infrastructure: Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems, including monitoring and problem resolution.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support: Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
  • Configure and Manage Operating Systems: Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, including installing/loads operating system software, troubleshooting, maintaining integrity, and configuring network components.
  • Implement Security Measures: Implement IAVA security patches and ensure patch status is recorded in appropriate systems of record.
  • Perform Vulnerability Scans: Perform periodic vulnerability scans of systems to identify potential security risks.
  • Optimize System Operations: Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
