Foster Care Family Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Treatment Foster Care Family Consultant to provide casework services to children and families. This is a full-time position that reports to the TFC Program Supervisor.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a baccalaureate degree in any field, plus two years' experience in providing casework services to children and families. Alternatively, a baccalaureate degree in social work or a related field, with one year of experience, may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Interview children and families to assess their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct home studies and prepare case records to ensure comprehensive and continuous access to necessary medical, social, educational, and other services.
- Supervise children in resource, foster, and adoptive homes, as well as independent living arrangements.
- Counsel children and families to prepare them for placement or discharge.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $60,000-$80,000, based on industry standards and location.
