Job SummaryAs an Applied Behavior Analysis Specialist at R&R Collaborative Therapy Services, you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

You will collect and record behavior data during sessions, collaborate with a dynamic team to provide the best care possible, and have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs.
  • Collect and record behavior data during sessions.

Requirements
  • RBT certification or completion of the free 40Hr Online Behavior Technician Training certificate from https://autismpartnershipfoundation.org/product/rbt/.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for working with individuals with autism and related disorders.
