Position Overview:
The team is currently in search of a Lead Host/Maitre'd to enhance the dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the guest reception and seating arrangements.
- Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
- Maintain effective communication with the kitchen and service staff.
- Manage reservations and optimize seating efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries.
