Gpac is currently assisting an established and growing Ag-Business that is confidentially searching for a CEO to lead their team and drive strategic growth.

CEO Requirements:

  • A seasoned executive with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent strategic thinking, and business development expertise to help grow the company and share in the upside.
  • Ability to initiate, create, and finalize business development deals that drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Motivation to take on multiple tasks, including sales, leadership, and business growth, with a focus on Animal Nutrition, Grain, and/or other Agriculture related experience, knowledge, and background.

Preferred CEO candidates will need to have a solid work history and prior experience in an executive level position, with a proven track record of success in the Ag-Business industry.
