Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Attorney/Partner, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert legal counsel on a broad spectrum of issues.
  • Representing clients in legal proceedings or before governmental entities, presenting compelling legal arguments and evidence.
  • Developing and executing innovative legal strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.
  • Reviewing and drafting complex legal documents, agreements, and contracts.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Attorney/Partner position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a subject matter expert in your area of law, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.
