Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Restore Therapy Services. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients and supervising therapy assistants in the performance of therapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status, and participate in the development of the total plan of care.
- Direct physical therapy treatment, instruct patients and families/caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances, and determine priority needs for physical therapy.
- Initiate physical therapy and instruct other personnel and/or family/caregiver members in certain phases of physical therapy, and prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on the attainment of goals.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients, maintain contact/communication with other personnel involved in the patient's care, and adhere to all of the Company's policies and procedures.
- Possesses a degree from a baccalaureate or Master's program in physical therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Hold a valid and current license to practice physical therapy in the state employed.
- Two (2) years of clinical experience as a physical therapist, with good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
- Familiarity with general use and functions of the computer, including starting programs, using files, apps, and navigating screens.
