Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at JAG, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, utilizing your expertise to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed, utilizing a range of techniques and modalities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and training to patients and their support systems
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate degree preferred
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Completed continuing education requirements in the state of practice
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Experience with EMR software, with a strong understanding of reimbursement systems
