The Position

We are seeking an active and engaging individual who appreciates variety throughout the day and enjoys interacting with people. As a Donation Center Attendant, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting donors at the donation door with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Unloading donations from vehicles and providing tax receipts
  • Reporting an accurate daily donor count
  • Sorting donations into categories to prepare for transport to stores
  • Assisting the transportation team with the loading of trucks when necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently
  • A high school diploma or GED
