The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing maintenance operations, supporting SPQRC initiatives, and delivering technical guidance to manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and rectify equipment issues.
  • Oversee construction and maintenance projects.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules and quality benchmarks.
  • Train and assess team members.

  • Execute planned maintenance within budgetary and time constraints.

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering schematics.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience supervising a multi-trade workforce.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of skilled trades training or equivalent technical education.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
