Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team in Austin, Texas. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert nursing care to patients with behavioral health issues, including assessments, interventions, and medication administration.
  2. Develop and implement individualized care plans that address each patient's unique needs.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  4. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field is required.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine compassion for patients in distress.
